• Cut-Off-Technology (Switch-off of filament heating) for highest possible energy efficiency of T5/16 mm-lamps
• Perfect dimming due to optimized heating of the electrodes
• Secure system shut-down in case of lamp failure (EoL)

Technology

Due to the physical principle of gas discharge, fluorescent lamps cannot be operated directly on a mains voltage system.
